Thank You Both for responding to my letter. Sorry it took me so long to
return but at least I have good news. Your Pappy products are still
available at my Kroger store. They are just hidden. I found them on an
island near the meat department instead of in the catsup isle with all of
the other BBQ sauces.
One problem with that island, your products have been shunned to the bottom
shelf of the island, out of sight. That stuff is too good to be tucked away
like that. New customers will NEVER find it. Only faithful followers like
myself will know where to look. If I were you I would work on Kroger to
bring that stuff to the top of the display. Maybe even get a grocery store
bitty to offer samples of smoked chicken and Pappy Sauce. I would do it
myself but I have a full time job. My point is that I fear that Kroger will
drop your product if sales are low. The bottom shelf of that island could
not be helping sales.
I SOLD A BOTTLE FOR YOU. A fellow employee happened to walk by when I found
the island. I went crazy with a sales pitch and she bought a Sissy bottle.
She tried it on burgers that weekend, she loved it. The next weekend she
finally followed my instructions and tried it on smoked chicken. At that
point she gave me an eye popping OH MY GOD!!!
Her exact words were, ³ Oh my god I love that sauce.² And she went on and
on
just as I am doing now. My sales pitch that sold her the bottle was, ³I cant
believe that I found this in a bottle. I would expect to find this sauce
only in a kitchen, prepared fresh for a particular meal.²
I apologize for rambling. I just thought you would like to know that the
product was found and shared.
